SH3 and feminism [spoilers]
I didn't make this to talk about the negative aspects of the game. To me, a lot of feminism focuses way too much on the negative while ignoring the positive. (Here's looking at you tropes vs women.) Often overlooked, is when there is positive role models and female icons in video game. So, today I thought I would tackle Heather, as I believe her to be a good protagonist that is well written.

Take a look at it, I apologize if the pictures are too big: http://anigav-dentata.tumblr.com/post/58...ng-game-in

Heather is a great character. I see a lot of people worried that "strong female characters" are simply written the same as males but swapped out with a woman. Heather isn't that way, IMO. She's a female protagonist through and through, without falling upon stereotypes or cliches.

I never considered the mother thing, though - that she's saying she doesnt need to adopt that role. Interesting POV on that.

I suspect it was wholly unintentional, but I applaud them for treating a female character as a person and for them to have wrote her differently from their male characters while dealing with problems inherent in her sex.

I thought Heather was A great character, she was amazing, makes me wish I beat the game. I thought being at the mall was cool honestly, plus when she is inside the train.
